I waited a long time to write this review because I was hopeful they'd make things right. We've been working with Abene for years, and always gave them the benefit of the doubt. When they show up, they do nice work. They don't return calls or emails, despite allegedly having a person responsible for that. We have not gotten our fall clean-up three years in a row. Working with Abene Property Services has been a terrible experience. We paid them In full up front to install our Christmas lights so we could receive a discount. We were excited for the light installation scheduled on November 8th. They never showed up on that date and emailed us on November 9 and 10 saying they could not come for multiple reasons. Great service
Hired this service for my elderly parents to handle snow removal. These guys go above and beyond, clearing the wings of the driveway well into the street and even remove the snow from the garbage can lids everytime which let me tell you not only Is that extremely considerate but we'll above what I would expect from a standard snow removal service. Thanks team Abene!
