I was informed that a technician would arrive at my residence for a scheduled water softener system maintenance between two and four PM. At three twenty-seven PM, concerned about the approaching deadline, I contacted the company and Mia assured me that Ryan would arrive by four PM. We had an RO water system installed and had our cold water changed over to softened. Also got a new water softener. We ended up changing our minds about RO system so they removed it without issue and we got a bottom loaded water cooler with spring water. Their products are great and their customer service is exceptional. Im a happy customer!
