I’ve had nothing but problems with this company and incompetent Plumbing. Had my reverse osmosis serviced to replace filters and they didn’t do it properly and it caused some water damage that they won’t cover because they say I own the unit even though they’re the ones that caused the problem. They also installed a water softener and I was going through hundreds of dollars worth of salt for almost 2 years before it was fixed. They are not capable of plumbing and they are not a good company to do business with.

I bought a Pioneer One Water filtration system in 2024. Unfortunately, a nut broke one year later and I came home from Chicago to a flood in my basement. I spent five hours cutting up the soaked carpet and dragging it out on the driveway. The next day, Monday, I called Abendroth and spoke to the manager. I was sick and coughing, could barely talk from the mold in my basement, and the Mgr was awful to me. I was shocked at the lack of compassion and caring.
