I can’t say enough about how incredible Dr. Amoabeng is. I’ve had four C-sections, and she is by far the best OB-GYN I have ever had. During this pregnancy, my partner couldn’t be there for most of the journey due to personal reasons, and I was facing a lot of it on my own. But I never felt alone with Dr. Amoabeng by my side. The worst doctor at the northwell hospital please if somebody have this doctor I recommend to change.
She performed my cesarean and although I am highly aggrieved that I had one in the first place, I must say that Dr. Amoabeng did an extraordinary job. My scar (if I can even call it that) is practically invisible. My pain was minimal considering. I was literally able to get by on acetaminophen 975mg. She also did everything she could to accommodate my birth plan & i appreciated that very much. If I had to do it again I'd personally request her.
