I was checking in on my mother after her appointment at Abella Heart, which she scheduled due to concerns about her age and hereditary heart issues. She went in for a routine check-up, and while the staff was friendly and the overall service was good, there were a few issues. It seems that the staff at this clinic believe they are the only cardiology clinic in Miami. They couldn’t care less and feel no shame about losing a patient due to absurd bureaucracy, unfriendliness, indifference, and unprofessionalism. My grandmother’s experience at this cardiology clinic was frankly disappointing. Increíble las cosas que pasan. Un doctor debería ser una persona integra y de ética profesional. Esta clínica atendió a mi mamá hace más de un año por motivos personales (un viaje por muerte de mi abuela) y de burocracia ella no había podido asistir más a ver el cardiologo Doctor Manuel Abella.
