We had a somewhat difficult issue, and Carlos found the problem, we then mitigated the issues, and will be monitoring the areas going forward now that we’ve identified the causes. I purchased a 3 month plan to deal with a mouse problem in my house. When the agent came I had not seen a mouse for a couple of days and thought I may have trapped or poisoned all of them. He set 5 metal traps with sticky pads around the house. He was going to check back in a couple of weeks but never showed up. In the mean time I caught 4 more mice and seemed to have solved the problem. What am I paying for? 5 metal traps that I have to deal with? I wish I had dealt with a local company in Medicine Hat.
I wish I could give these guys zero stars! Do not fall for the free quote non-sense. That only includes a $175 environmental assessment and is not refundable if you do not like the quote they give you. After multiple phone calls they finally gave me some cost estimates, but the range of costs was so laughable ($100 per week or $3,000 net contraption). All this to remove a few pigeons. I took my business elsewhere.
They are awesome, helped with my bug situation. Would recomend, I would like to thank my technician Lucas.
