I wish I could say that working with Mr. Abell was a positive experience, but unfortunately it was not. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage others from retaining his services. If I could rate this firm in the negative I would. Very disappointed in this law firm. It was recommended to me and my husband by a family member and when we went to court for my husband getting rights to his son Abell sided with the opposing party and gave her everything she wanted while we ended up getting nothing we asked for. Abell then told us he would send an itemized receipt in 2024, which he never did, and billed us a year later in 2025 stating we owed $700. I went in to see Mr abell and I felt all was lost. I had not been able to see my kids for 5 months. Mr. Abell assured me that everything would be OK. him and his team got busy and got me the results that was needed. I read some of the reviews on here. And it may seem like he is not working for you.
