I switched my office to Abeldent 2 year ago and am happy that I did. The transfer process was easier than expected. The instruction to learn how to use the program was very well done. Any issues that came up over the years were usually handled quickly.
We have a few dental offices that we use abeldent with and when I tell you there teams have been more them accommodating and helpful is an understatement. Francine Lukan, I believe is the project manager for the conversions she has been incredibly helpful and gone above and beyond to ensure I receive proper care. We are using Local Plus – v15 and it’s been amazing and super happy with it ! Great company to use if your considering Abel !
Ruel assisted in installing dental software on replacement computers at my office this morning. The process was flawless and Ruel exhibited fantastic knowledge and amazing patience. His help was much needed and appreciated. Thanks again!
