As a frequent guest of Abelardo’s Mexican Fresh, I’ve long appreciated the outstanding service provided by the day shift staff—they are consistently friendly, attentive, and accurate with orders. Unfortunately, recent late-night drive-thru visits have fallen drastically short of this high standard due to poor customer service. First time trying this chain. The Fremont location was clean and festively decorated. The staff was welcoming and helpful and both women who helped me spoke fluent English and Spanish. I got the Monday special, 3 crispy chicken taco Supremes and a med drink for like 6 bucks and the Carnitas plate for 13. Not too bad price. I came here to pick up a couple DoorDash orders and when I got there there were two ppl in line and no one at the counter, 5 mins later lady came out shouting about how ppl don’t get it. I got my first order after 10-15 more mins then the second order she completely forgot about and when I asked about it she acted like she never seen me before.
Best Mexican Restaurant... Foid is amazing, staf super friendly and atmosphere is amazing! Highly Recommend
