BUYER BEWARE: We bought our Meritage home less than 5 years ago and we're needing an entire floor replacement. All of our tiles are hallow underneath them! I encourage to inspect every single stage of the home build if you're under contract with them. We also had severe drywall cracking - they repaired it 3 times and there are still cracks. AWFUL!
Great location north of I-10 and west of 303 for easy commute access. This area is blooming with new businesses, restaurants and entertainment in both Goodyear and Buckeye. Meritage builds a complete home that is energy efficient and I love there gated community concept with amenities.
