Deceptive builder
Meritage builds a comically poorly built home. If you love having your AC go out every summer, foundation issues, buckling floors, broken roof trusses, shotty electrical, then they will fit the bill perfect. If you’re seriously thinking about buying a home from them feel free to drive through the new builds in Sedella and ask any person (or multiple people!) you see walking about their experience and you’ll get very similar answers.
