Our rental property was marked 'unclean', 'damaged' etc in multiple areas (more often than not) throughout its Property Condition Report (PCR). Upon move out, AP is asking us, as tenants, to be liable for these unclean and damaged items before releasing our bond, when they were pre-existing issues, as per report.
