Amazing to me that an “HR company” would hire someone who would speak to a customer on behalf of a business in such an unprofessional and unhinged manner — and be ignorant enough to actually put it in writing (see email from Otilia Canter or Otilia Weidenbacher … whichever one she REALLY is).
