Total Waste of Time. After finally agreeing to a quote for our Workers Compensation Insurance, I provided them with our existing plan, payroll, loss runs...I have hours wrapped up in this, they finally tell me that they can save me money on our workers compensation insurance. However, they will not only write a stand alone workers compensation policy unless you sign up for their payroll and HR services, which average about $25K per year! Amazing to me that an “HR company” would hire someone who would speak to a customer on behalf of a business in such an unprofessional and unhinged manner — and be ignorant enough to actually put it in writing (see email from Otilia Canter or Otilia Weidenbacher … whichever one she REALLY is).
