had a great experience with Dr. Gonzalez very knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I really appreciated their professionalism and care, and I feel confident moving forward under their guidance. That said, the front desk experience could be improved. There were some issues with communication and organization that made the check-in and check-out process more stressful than it needed to be. Hopefully, this is something that can be worked on, as the doctor is truly excellent.
