I am a 54 year old martial arts instructor. I have had nagging back problems for years. I have tried massage, chiropractic, acupuncture and other physical therapists. None have giving me the results like Heather from Able Bodies. If you want to get back in the game like I am go see Heather!
Heather has treated me for back issues in the past. Her treatments and dry needling relieved the stress knot that had repeatedly formed under my shoulder blade. Besides her hands on treatment, Heather is good at making lifestyle and exercise recommendations to reduce reoccurrence of the trouble too. Now I no longer have the problem.
