Took my mower to Abel and Reddy for repair. Got a call back a couple of hours later saying it just needed a minor adjustment. Super great service! Ron had previously fixed a snow blower for me. I'll be back for sure!
Ron is a great guy to work with!! A couple years ago my snowblower stopped running in the middle of a blizzard. I called Ron who got it running again better than ever in a few hours so I could finish my job! Great service!! A couple weeks ago I was getting my snowblower ready for this winter. No matter what I did it would not start for me. I called Ron once again to help me out. Ron worked it over and had it running like new again!! Very ignorant and rude. Not a good place to do business with, not knowledgeable about the products he works on! If this was the only shop in the whole midwest, I still wouldn't go back here. Poor quality work, no customer service - at all, not a nice person!!!!!!!
