Great service! Very honest people!
Hanging on here by a thread hoping my very old system will last a little while longer. Today PJ came out for a maintenance check. He was very thorough, explained the limits b/c of the condition of the system, and did what made sense under the circumstances. I appreciated his understanding of my current situation, and he requested an estimate for a new system, with absolutely no pressure to me. Looking forward to when I can replace, hopefully sooner than later. Thanks PJ!
On Friday Aug 22 Jack from Abel Air came to ny house to repair my air condition. I explained that Bob my partner of 31 years was not well and that I was not prepared to spend many thousands for a new unit. Jabk said I am not a sales person I like to fix things. After some time Jack came in to explain why he was now leaning towards a new unit.As he was talking I got a call that Bob had passed away. Jack left the house

After my initial experience with Abel air and heat, I reached out to them again due to my air conditioning unit not blowing out cold air. I had Billy come out the same day. I called and was absolutely wonderful from a thorough educational and honest standpoint. Billy assessed and addressed the issue seamlessly. He also insured me if I had any issues to reach back out, which gave me the confidence and not only the company, but knowing that I was in good hands.
