The technician explained everything to my satisfaction considering that we have an old system and we just moved here last year
Called and left a message for service @ 5am. Air conditioner stopped working. Abel called us as soon as they opened. Explained problem and they asked what time could they come out. We said anytime today. They responded we will be there in 15 minutes. Matt was the tech and was able to get our system up and running within an hour, very efficient and knowledgeable.
They offered a great price, explained options and installation was done perfectly !
