My cats have been attending this vet office for over 20 years and we have yet to have a negative experience until today. Online it says the establishment is open until 5pm. Today I had arrived at 4:30 pm and basically had the door shut in my face and was told to leave as the worker told me that they had “decidided to close early”. Now I cannot say that they have ever treated my animals poorly but they may want to give more thought and effort towards how they treat their customers.
Very good attitude of personnel to the customers. Everything in professional way. I wish, everywhere would be the same service.
Anyone I've ever been helped by at this office, whether it be the Veterinarian or the front staff, have been incredibly helpful and informative. They also all handle this anxious gal worried about her pup very well and have eased many worries. I fully trust them to give my dog the best care possible!
I can't say enough good things about the people and service here. They took the absolute best care of our precious dog and supported his human family as well. Top notch human beings, professional amd hesrt-warming care and fair prices. excellent! Thank you for the love and respect you showed our beloved Bai Bai. You made a difficult time easier on us and we will never forget your kindness when it was needed most.
