Dr. Griggs is a friendly and excellent doctor. Unfortunately, the attendant at the desk offers the worst customer service imaginable. Upon our arrival, we requested masks, the attendant displayed an extremely negative attitude. Even after requesting an additional mask, the attendant's tone was loud and annoying, insisting, "PUT YOUR MASK ON." Moreover, the same tone was used. I am with Dr Elessawi Griggs since her practice began. I am an RN for 45 years and she is the best pcp around. I go to her for everything and she directs my care. Essence and Catherine are solicitous and kind. I feel truly lucky to be her patient
Dr .Griggs is kind,compassionate and takes the time to listen to her patients.I've been going to her since her practice first started. I highly recommend her. Great doctor with a great staff.
