Alison & the Metabolic Balance programme have changed my life. Not only have I been able to lose weight (approx 19 kgs in 5 &1/2 mths) & achieve my goal but in the process my health issues (migraines, reflux, high cholesterol, IBS) have disappeared. I have more energy & feel so much younger. It takes commitment but it does work. Well worth the investment. Alison has been wonderful providing support throughout my lifestyle change.
