It's always clean and quiet when I go. Angela is great, always does an amazing job explaining everything. I got the laser hair removal package, I have fair skin and dark coarse hair so I'm a good candidate. 3 out of 6 treatments done so far, and I am definitely noticing a significant difference. I would highly recommend!
My services have been terminated by the company. I previously wrote another review and she disagrees that she wasn’t rude to me. I had called upset how my “no call no show” was handled. Even though I did try calling and texting. I came in my next appointment very cordial though and she was very rude and short with me. So yes her staff was rude to me which she denies. Very rude.
Angela started off very sweet. However she is racist and rude. We had an issue regarding a booking. I tried to cancel and it didn’t go through. Not really sure how that’s my problem… she could not do me a professional courtesy and excuse if the one time. I rightfully disputed the charge. Next time I went back in she refused to talk to me and was very rude during what would be my final appointment. Very unprofessional. If you are a woman of color stay clear away from this business.
