Update (after additional visits): Since writing my original review, I have been back two more times (three visits total). After the first repair, the wheels were leak free for about nine months, which I was happy with. Then all of a sudden they started leaking again, so I decided to go back for a second repair. Unfortunately, that repair only lasted about one week before the leak returned. After that, the wheels ended up leaking again for a third time. Doug is the best at wheel repair. No nonsense; an absolute expert.
Wow, Doug took me right in and fixed my dented alloy wheel. Had nightmares about a $$$$ new wheel. He was an expert and an artist, I watched him work. Wheel was dented from a pothole inside rim and outside. Measured carefully and made sure it was right. Reliably good guy. Thanks
I can’t say enough good things about this man and his work. I called him today and he got me in a few hours later with zero hassle, his shop is on a first come first serve basis and he communicates very clearly about price and when you can come in, etc. I came in with my rotiform bent in a few different places and he was very thorough with making sure he had it perfectly rounded out, he painted the areas he’d fixed and he rotated and balanced it as well afterwards. 11/10 would recommend to anyone that would listen.
