I've worked with a lot of Mortgage institutions and never have I had this bad of an experience. The client chose to go with NRL. We decided to go with a 45 day closing even though we were told we could close in 30 days. The file did not close for almost 70 days. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION! Unrealistic closing dates set.
