Abe is the best! He is extremely personable and honest. His pricing is fair and he gives you realistic expectations. He helped my fiancé with my custom made engagement ring and it came out beyond perfection. We will be ordering our wedding bands from him as well! 10/10 stars!
Great experience with Abe. A few weeks ago, I was in a pinch to replace a battery on a watch for a family member before going out of town. I dropped in on a whim and was super happy with my experience. I was greeted with a smile and handshake. Abe immediately dealt with my issue using an original manufacturer battery. He also informed me about what to watch (no pun intended) out for in case there was a mechanical issue prematurely draining the battery.
I have been to this location a handful of times just for small repairs or other and each and every time I go, the service is amazing. The owner is super friendly and helpful. I was just there two days ago for a new battery for my watch and he offered to clean my rings- above and beyond service with genuine kindness! He knows how to make customers feel seen and appreciated. This truly makes me want to go back and give his place all of my business- lots of beautiful jewelry too!
I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else after working with Abe. He's knowledgeable, friendly and puts so much care into each and every piece he works on. You feel like family when you walk into his shop. I bought an engagement ring here and everything came out perfect!
