Really awesome place
Why is it when the va owes you money they don't give it to you but if you owe them they just take it. The va allowed my brother to steal $36,000 as my fiduciary and did nothing. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.
Place is good at taking care of you. They do have some staff that are grumpy or just seem like they hate their lives there and when questions or issues arise they give answers in a don't bother me type of attitude.
Our Uncle was under the care of the Butler VA CLC for the last five months. We could not have asked for a better facility. It was always clean, the staff was kind and compassionate. My Uncle was comfortable and well cared for to his last day. He said the food was good and he really felt cared for. Everyone continued to support him when he went into hospice. We can never thank you all enough.
