Came to this office after not having insurance for an extended time, needed treatment for a few things. Mental health being a main issue but also issues with my shoulders spasming and hurting. He was quick to offer t3s and muscle relaxers for the pain and gave seraquil(I'm sure I spelt this wrong) for anxiety, mind you the visit with him may have taken 3 minutes.
