I had an emergency with my cat. They got me in that day. Service was great and people were kind. This is where I will return with my cat.
The techs and vet were all nice to me & my puppy. A bit of a miscommunication during my visit but management made it right. Thank you!
We had to have our cat put down and they made it a good experience all things considered. Our vet tech was Jaylyn (sorry if I spelled that wrong) the attention to detail in this difficult situation was nice they gave us vials with our cats fur in it. Nose and paw prints along with seeds to plant. She was so gentle with our sweet girl while placing her in the bag that we took her home in to be buried.
