The only 2 times I went, I had to wait almost 2 hours to get in. Waiting room was full and spilled out into the hall. Dr. pushed the pills from the pharmaceutical company instead of listening to problems/symptoms. When the medication didn't work, I called to get it changed and all he wanted to do was argue. Bad days? Maybe, but I don't have to put up with it.
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this gastroenterologist's office? Not really Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
