I waited for an hour and a half and walked out. completely unprofessional to do that. overbooking your appointments has gotten old.

Dr. Hasan NEVER overbooks patients. I will see if I can find out what was going on that would cause that wait, but he is, for sure, one of the providers who never double books any patients. If you would call the office and talk to the office Manager 248.333.1170 Mary - we can see what happened to make sure this does not happen again. We are very sorry for any inconvenience you may have had at our office.

Very slow waited fir over an hour to get in. Your appointment is set for a certain time that’s when it should not wait for an hour before you even get into room to see doctor

We know long wait times can be very frustrating and we apologize for the inconvenience. We try our best to keep our schedule on track but occasionally the doctor needs to spend extra time with another patient because of critical needs or emergency situations. We place the utmost importance on providing the best care possible. We know your time is valuable, so we hope you accept our apology for the long wait.
Dr. Hasan is very knowledgeable but sometimes you have to wait up to 3 hours past your appointment time to be seen.

Unfortunately, at times, the wait can be longer than preferred. Sometimes Doctors can run late due to emergencies at the Hospital. However, the office manager cannot recall, in her twenty-one years with Dr. Hasan, ever having a patient wait this long.
