The front staff were very kind and efficient. I could not find a sitter and had to bring my one year old. They held him for me as I got my weight checked and communicated with me in a very considerate manor. When the doctor entered the room I placed my son down for a moment to shift and he went for a plug in a outlet. I rarely leave negative reviews but this doctor took one look at my size and dismissed any concerns I had and informed me to lose weight (which I already know to do but does not address my GI issues). No tests, nothing. I was very disappointed and felt like I was being talked down to. Doctor did not take time to listen and was quick to dismiss my concerns. I would not recommend anyone to this doctor's office. Reception is rude as well but I'm usually able to look past that but the doctor wasn't any better.
I have high anxiety about my health and body and being in doctors offices in general. I felt so comfortable and safe here. Minimal people allowed in the office at one time. Jessica is the sweetest nurse there is!! I look forward to speaking to her because she brings my anxiety levels way down every single time. Kim and Jessica are on top of things like no other. They really show that they care. Very happy I chose them!
I have never before in my life felt more disrespected, and disregarded then I was after seeing Dr. Chauldry. Only reason he has one star is because Google doesn’t allow for zero stars because that’s truthfully what I would give him. He is absolutely rude, does not take anything you say into account, his staff is absolutely rude, I would stay away from this office and this doctor unless you just don’t care about being treated with respect.
