WORST SECRETARY!! Horrible service!! Nasty Attitude. Absolutely terrible service we won’t be returning!!!!!! That Secretary needs to be properly trained! Great Doctor!
I was trying to schedule an appointment here because I was recommended by the LIJ hospital; but I will never be going to this practice ever in my life. I don’t know who the woman is that answers his calls to set up appointments, but she’s very rude and always has an attitude. Called back to try and reschedule an appointment we made because I start work on Monday so I’m calling the Friday beforehand and it’s an issue? Definitely not giving them my money. I thought he was good doctor, he was recommended but he takes his secretary’s word over his patients. He makes you go for follow up without having anything to follow up with wants you to go to his office to get a rx instead of giving it in his previous appt. His office is rude and does not return calls. I have never had a problem ever with any doctor or doctors staff. Do not go here ever.
