Love dr hafez! He has done us very well. If you give him a chance to address your concerns he is happy to do so! Husband just had second surgery and we are very comfortable with him and all the nurses we talk to over the last few years rave about him. He is very personable and feels like a friend to us. If you want results you have to put in the effort! Dr Hafez took the time to explain all the details also came in very late to check on me after my surgery. Very friendly and energetic. Highly recommend him.
The nurse at Dr. Hafez is a joke. They do not do their jobs. I got an appointment to see the doctors but the doctor could not do anything because his nurse did not contact my doctor to get my MRI result. Went there 2 times and were charged $100.00 for copay and did not get any treatment or advice. Will never refer this doctor's office to anyone. It's a waste of time and money
i could not be more pleased with my experience with Dr Pillai. Have been seeing her for past 5 yrs. Knows her stuff . Great staff also.
Got pneumonia, ambulance to the ER just before Christmas. After being taken to a room, all the nurses and everyone really prepared me and started their job to heal me. Dr. Pillai arrived early next morning ,checked the charts and reassured me that everything will be alright. Told me the plan of action and medications I'd be on.
