Thought I was lying about medication side effects. Repeatedly said “That’s not possible”. Prescribed incorrect ADHD medication, causing bad side effects. Proceeded to prescribe two more medications to counteract the side effects, leading to more bad side effects. All over 5-6 months causing me to miss tons of school and drop out of some sports. I’m 15 years old and my paediatrician thankfully noticed the incorrect prescription. I am no longer a lab rat.
We felt that Dr. Abdoulraman truly cared to learn about our teenager. He listens attentively and gives good insights. He has also been responsive when we've needed extra support or clarification or advice.
