While his upfront and to the point personality took a few visits for me to get use to, I'm glad I've stuck it out with him. He won't baby you, or sugar coat things, and some people might think he's mean or uncaring, but if you follow his instructions, and do what your supposed to, it becomes clear, he truly cares about helping people, and is more understanding than you may feel he is from just 1 or 2 visits.
