I just had my first visit with Dr. CHERES And I am So grateful for her compassion and patience. She took the time to listen to me and to look at the big picture. She was very kind and empathetic while also very knowledgeable and actionable. I’m so grateful I landed on her patient list.
I waited months for this appointment, I was excited after reading reviews and seeing people mention their luck seeing Dr. Ferdinand Cheres for PCOS. After labs I was basically told (after having to follow up multiple times in the app) that my only option was birth control. No further advice to get my lab results within normal range.
Dr. Cheres is fantastic. I have a rare condition and she is always helpful in explaining to me and getting me the right care and procedures that I need done. She is has a wonderful bed side manner. You can tell she has a passion for what she does. Her office staff is also wonderful. I now drive an hour away to see her since I moved. I highly recommend her.
Hard to get follow up appointments or messages to the Dr. I messaged her on my chart with ongoing symptoms on 8/28/2024, as of today 10/31/2024 I do NOT have a response from the doctor. Taking weeks to a month to get responses back about test results is also NOT ok. It’s a real shame because she is nice in person and very thorough during exams, beyond that terrible experience.
