I was a loyal patient of this office for seven years. I respected and trusted my physician deeply—not only as a doctor but as someone I considered a friend and advisor when it came to my personal well-being and medical care. I also extended that trust to the staff at this office. Unfortunately, that trust was shattered. 9/20/24 - So glad I NEVER have to deal with these people again. Just called to confirm they got some forms I left, and Lisa was rude to me AGAIN... and for the LAST TIME! She should NOT be answering the phone since she obviously hates people. Sorry to make you do your job. People can hear when you slam the phone down on your desk Looking forward to having a new doctor that has pleasant office staff. Lisa in the office is RUDE! I've been going to Dr Karam for almost 10 years now. He never once failed me as a patient. I don't know how he remember the things he does. I recommend him for anyone looking for a doctor.
