It is not often you come across a company who is willing to go the extra mile to take care of a customer. Their professionalism from the get-go was amazing. My printer does not work with wifi unless I purchase an additional product from them! The scanner doesn’t work ! Anytime u need help with something they charge $175

Good place to buy copier. Bought a kyocera taskalfa at a fair price, better unit than what we have from the other office so they were switched.

I made a last minute call to their tech support and was gratified to have been assisted even at that late hour. Thanks for the help with the network issue of my printer, the tech guy had been very helpful and friendly, he did his best to help me find the best solution. good customer service

This place has to be a scam. I authorized the purchase of a copy machine and provided my business debit card information to make the purchase. Instead of running the card they wanted to do a three-way call with me and my bank to authorize the transaction, then when I informed them that I wasn't willing to do a three-way call with my bank they wanted me to give them information for another card. Ridiculous.
