I regret my decision. I bought a printer off of ebay here for a good price. 3 hours later a put in a cancelation, and they rejected it. And it is not even shipped to this day. And they don't respond on ebay as I have tried several times.

It is not often you come across a company who is willing to go the extra mile to take care of a customer. Their professionalism from the get-go was amazing. They made the process easy and quick and were very accommodating when we were having internet issues. But more than that, they backed up what they sold. We had a technical issue with the equipment we received and they were quick to have their tech talk to us and get things figured out. My printer does not work with wifi unless I purchase an additional product from them! The scanner doesn’t work ! Anytime u need help with something they charge $175

Good place to buy copier. Bought a kyocera taskalfa at a fair price, better unit than what we have from the other office so they were switched.
