If I could give Zero stars I would. We were assigned Ray 3 times through our Dryer’s Sears Warranty Protection plan. Each time has been the same experience, which I had to ask Sears to stop scheduling me with him. We are giving a window on when he will arrive, we don’t hear from him. We call 20 mins before the window is over ask where he is, he says he’s running behind. He asks what the problem is and to send him a picture of the model number so he can get the part and will call when he’s on his way. He calls back hours mast... read more

Ray is an incredible repair man. He is quick, thorough and affordable. His response time is excellent. He fixed my hot water tank, and when the pilot light went out again some time later, he came back and there was no charge. Highly recommend.
If i could give 0 stars I would. ABD was assigned as part of Lowe's extended warranty. After taking a day off in order to meet him at the scheduled time he almost no-showed me, then showed up for about a 5 minute visit at the very end of his day, saying he would order the parts. I followed up with him multiple times on the status, with him answering one time and saying he would call me right back when stopped. He then stopped responding to calls and texts. It has been over a month, we still have no washer. Will never use him... read more
