I had a very disappointing experience with ABC’s of Learning. I attempted to enroll my child and reached out multiple times, I never received a return call or any follow-up email. For a childcare center, communication and professionalism are extremely important, and unfortunately this center demonstrated neither. Our grandson has made significant progress in the 6 months that he's been at ABCs. The staff are so caring & patient with my grandson and his family (immediate & extended). We are so grateful to have them in my grandson's life.
This is a disgraceful organization. For over a year, we had been in contact in need for services. First, we were told to pause the tour because they were moving locations. Then, we were told we are on a wait list. And now we are told that there are no services or facilities that can support our needs. And WE had to follow up every single time - nobody ever reached out on their own accoed. AVOID! They are not dependable or communicative. This has wasted over a year of our time
I cannot say enough wonderful things about ABC’s of Learning and their amazing team. From day one, they welcomed my son Braxton with open arms and made us feel like family. Every therapist treats him with such patience, kindness, and genuine care, and it shows in the way he lights up when he walks through their doors. The progress Braxton has made since starting here has been truly incredible. At this ABA center, the staff here are great! My son has made tremendous progress since being here, we love it! He’s excited to go to “school” every day!
