They don't answer phone
Unfortunately, i have very bad experience today staff where un organized don’t care match first come first,
They are patient and orderly throughout the service. They usually have your part or can locate it for you.
Customer service deserves zero stars. Can’t get ahold of them over the phone or emails. The women are rude and drop the call. One man was nice and said he’ll call back and send me an email the next day, but it’s just crickets. After 2 weeks of trying to buy the parts, I’m giving up on this place and moving on. It seems that selling parts is not their priority.
