Hot water system now not working less than 6 months after installation. Calls and emails have either been unanswered or ‘five minute’ call backs which have not happened more than 24 hours later. Still haven’t even been able to discuss the problem or if the guarantee on the tank, parts or installation will be honoured. Very disappointing. Find someone who will at least return a phone call. My toilet was leaking. He came to have a look and told me it was also blocked and needs to be sealed. He also used me name every 3 words which felt insincere. He quoted me to fix the seal and wrote the quote on his ipad. I asked about unblocking it and he said he can unblock it as well if i wanted him to - i said im not a plumber, but you are the one that said its blocked so i assumed you would need to unblock it. So he added another quote and said he would unblock it. He also told me once he repaired it, the tennants couldn... read more
