Hello Alex, Paid $913 for a leak inspection and pressure test at a St Ives property. The pressure test didn't detect the leak (misdiagnosed) that was actually causing damage — it later turned out to be a pipe behind the wall, confirmed by our own video evidence. Do not engage this plumber! No only was the issue unresolved. However, I`ve been unable (on numerous occasions) to speak to Alex. Calls and emails are not returned. Overall, poor service!

Very dodgy. They installed toilets and though still under warranty, they will not reply via the website, email or by calling them directly. Absolutely ridiculous. I plan to take it further. Do not book them.

Tried to over charge me and then didn’t come back to complete the work. Definitely would not recommend!

Hot water system now not working less than 6 months after installation. Calls and emails have either been unanswered or ‘five minute’ call backs which have not happened more than 24 hours later. Still haven’t even been able to discuss the problem or if the guarantee on the tank, parts or installation will be honoured. Very disappointing. Find someone who will at least return a phone call.
