Update 12/20/23: After an in-person meeting with the regional manager, Summit (formerly Protegis) has decided to cancel our invoices for the incomplete work due to the level of unresponsiveness and inability to correct it in a timely manner. He seems genuinely interested in winning back our business and explained thoroughly why there were problems in late 2022 / early 2023. My workplace is going on more than a month of our fire system being unable to report via a telephone or cell dialer and despite multiple visits by Protegis and Protegis installing a new cell dialer, we are still unable to connect to the monitoring center. Protegis has consistently failed to return phone calls or I have been unable to leave messages due to voicemail boxes being constantly full. I had a 20lb CO2 tank filled here today and they charged me $118. I have had the same tank filled many times at Geer Gas for $28. This company is a rip off! Find service elsewhere.
