ABCO caused a substantial mess in two separate locations attempting to clear their clogged lines while the hose was under pressure. One location was between the clients home and a neighbors home. The other location was in a public roadway. Their pump also leaked a significant amount of hydraulic fluid, leaving 5 stains that are currently visible in front of the clients home. ABCO demands full payment for this horrible service and has put a lien on the client's home.
ABCO did not provide the correct length or diameter hose that was specifically ordered by contractor. ABCO’s decision to provide a smaller diameter hose than specified caused their pump truck to clog several times. The delay caused by ABCO’s clogged pump, resulted in concrete being too hard to take the decorative stamping. Additional materials and labor are now needed to ensure the concrete looks like the stamped and colored product the client desired. No attempt was ever made by ABCO to remedy the situation.
