2 Stars for showing same day and Denise owning up to being wrong, otherwise would have been no stars. I called because my washer had a drain error and wasn’t draining and they are Speed Queen approved service techs. Denise answered the phone and I explained the issue and that my machine is under warranty. Denise argued that my machine couldn’t be under warranty.
