I worked 5 years for this corporation. Great people who cared about quality service in all departments!!
I don’t recommend or not recommend. My dad is a room stayer. What I mean by that he’d rather sit in his chair all day cuz he doesn’t waMy to bother. He needs assistance to move around. Here’s what I see from an outsider who knows it’s the best thing for him. They all and all take good care of him. The staff is kind to my dad and myself. I feel because he’s a bigger man no one really wants to (before Cov19) the challenge of getting him off that chair and setting him out side or just something to help his quality of life. They care about money. They don’t care about their employees. And they don’t care about the residents.
Business response:
We're sorry you had a negative experience. The care and well being of our residents is always our top priority. Please send us a private message with additional details as we're always striving to learn and improve. Thank you.

At one location 6 residents have passed away and one resident has been moved in the last month and a half. There is no accountability or ownership taken by management in the steady decline of quality of care in these faciliti... read more

Our TapestryCare service (virtual medical care) is intended to give a dedicated nurse practitioner the ability to see a resident at their bedside (if they choose to utilize this service), and then work with the individual's physician to provide an appropriate care plan. Our goal is always to provide the best care possible to our residents and tenants, so please feel free to message us to discuss any concerns or issues in depth that we can work on to accomplish tha... read more
My Gramma, Mae Murphy passed away 6 years ago in Hampton. Her niece, Rita Oehlert shortly after. I'm considering going to your new facility in Lisbon. I'm not receiving the best care here in Anamosa Care Center. I don't think they understand Multiple & low immune systems.
