Dispatcher very rude. Had to wait over 2.5 hrs for a ride from a medical appointment home, and each time I tried to call for an update, was told there was no eta, but it'd be before 5! I hope so, the office closes at 5 and it's 10 degrees outside! this is not acceptable.
