Took my Level C with AED back in January, Rich was super informative and knowledgeable. **Update Thanks to this course and the instructor my training was put into use and made a difference in a patient's life. I had to upgrade my first aid during the Summer and was happy to have Rich as my instructor again.
I called today to enquire about pathway for an IMG Doc to work as a trainer / instructor and Claudia gave me a wonderful insight. She was extremely knowledgeable, very articulate, quick witted, empathetic and very professional yet sweetest person to speak with. I am definitely going to try her advice and options she suggested. I just graduated from the EMR program with Kellie and I can't say enough good things about this program. The facility is awesome, and all the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm hoping to continue my PCP training with ABCB when I'm ready.
