They advertise free items on their website after spending certain amounts then don’t add them to your cart. And then when you call in to ask about the free item and talk to Mav, he tells you you’re wrong. Then when you show up in person to ask about the free item, they get upset that you showed up. Either offer the free item and deliver on your promises or don’t advertise it. Weird customer service. Feels like they hate you for buying from them.
