Prompt orders with great options to choose from. Don't love that we have to hit a high spending amount for free shipping but luckily we usually aren't in a pinch and can order accordingly.
Terrible customer service and not the best pricing. I ordered a 'start up kit' and it was missing a box of 10lb rags. Not a big deal, but when I contacted them about it they gave me the run around for a few days which ended with "hey, glad everything is great." At the end of the day, it's just a box of rags, but they have no integrity and that same box goes for cheaper on other sites.
