Bought one of their triple crown branded 40"RO from one of their suppliers. After 3 hours of use, tested unit and rejection rate was 91.27%. Tap water .98 ppm, water coming from RO .8 avoid this brand total junk. A new RO should fall between 95% to 97%. Avoid this brand. Was also told that it was too bad and it is what it is and they ABC would not replace it. Shame on this company will never do business or order any of their products avoid them!

Great company with great prices
Complete scam of a company. They sold me a very expensive RO machine and they sent it to me with the RO filters upside down and when I finally figured it out on my own and it now works perfectly I called as a courtesy to let them know. Because half of the reviews they have on NXT5 is that it doesn't have the pressure or cleaning ability as advertised. I asked for new filters and was told they were $400.
