This mental health clinic has been very inconsistent and difficult to rely on. I had an appointment scheduled at 9:00 AM, but no one even arrived at the building until 9:10. My provider didn’t show up until 9:30, which left me waiting for half an hour with no communication or acknowledgment. Very clean and professional atmosphere. It’s very welcoming and calming. Courteous staff and helpful providers.
I have finally found people who genuinely care! The entire staff are just great people who do thier best to make sure you are taken care of. I love Kendra and Billy! I feel I am listened to and heard. Could not ask for better!
