I was referred to this clinic 6 months ago by my doctor for the Optifast program. Dispute my many calls and emails, I have not received any call backs to offer information about the program. I was under the impression that a health center is mandated to assist all that require their services not picking and choosing who they think they should assist!!
I was not contacted until Dec 2022. The referel was sent in April 2021 Reason given to me was because they were moving . Not acceptable .poorly managed
I highly recommend the Aurora Bariatric Clinic for anyone struggling to lose weight. Dr. Soto is extremely knowledgeable and supportive regarding weight loss. Ana teaches very informative classes on cravings and nutrition. Excersise classes were helpful as well. Excellent follow-up on your progress.
