Ben Vorpahl is one of the best salesmen I've ever worked with. He really, really knows appliances, he listens well, and he is easy to work with - attentive without any hard sell games. We did lots of shopping, on-line and in stores, and it was a real relief to work with someone we trusted.

we purchased a couch and loveseat on March 2 which was Monday. We were told that delivery could not be any earlier than Saturday, which would be five days out that we would most likely be the first delivery for that day. We heard nothing this morning so We called at 10 AM when the store opens to make sure that they were still coming and they said that there was a mixup and now it would not come any earlier than maybe Tuesday. that would be a full eight days at earliest after we purchased it. had I ordered the couch and loves... read more

Some of their salesmen are liars. They will lie to you about a product, and then lie to their management about what happened during the sale when you come in to return said product because it was NOT what they said it was.Unclear return policies & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
