Since living in Lansing for the past 20 years, ABC has the reputation of having horrible customer service, broken/damaged products, and very poor delivery/handling of purchased products. If it were not for their prices they would’ve been out of business years before Covid. I recently bought a washing machine from them due to the fact they were $250/300 cheaper than everyone else. Good variety of furniture, which is what we came for. Found recliners for both my wife and I. The only issue encountered was the price on one recliner was listed at $599, but the computer had it charging $649. So they really should have given it to me for $599. However, the salesman was unable to override the computer. They were apologetic at least and tried to make up the difference in other ways. Delivery was on time.
I wanted to share my recent experience with salesperson Ben, who helped me purchase a washer and dryer a few months ago. On the first day, I encountered a few problems, but Ben promptly addressed and resolved them all on the same day. Since then, everything has been working perfectly! Ben was incredibly knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and very kind and patient throughout the entire process. I highly recommend asking for Ben if you need assistance.
