DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE!!! The black plastic strap is all that’s holding the cushion so the moment u actually use the furniture you FALL INTO IT extremely cheaply made extremely uncomfortable and a major waste of money and they only give u 72 hours to report a messed up item i never been more disappointed i will forever tell people to never come here im beyond upset with the crappy furniture they sold me!!!
Benjamin Vorpahl and his team couldn't have been more unprofessional to deal with. When making a larger purchase, I wanted to try to support a more "local" store, so I went to ABC. Bartholomew was very helpful and I would definitely recommend him. I appreciate your help and will be back to purchase a dishwasher next. Thanks again Bartholomew.
Both Adam and Chris, the store manager, helped with finding the right TV for me. They were nothing but fair, honest and the transparency was great. The customer service from the store as a whole really impressed me. They all wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. I have to throw a big shoutout to the delivery guys too. It took three trips to my house and a fe... read more
