Some of their salesmen are liars. They will lie to you about a product, and then lie to their management about what happened during the sale when you come in to return said product because it was NOT what they said it was.Unclear return policies & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Great customer service
Needed a new chair for my office. Everywhere I went prices were crazy high with small selections. I came to The DBI warehouse and was helped by Lucas Shaw. Prices were great and the variety and selection of chairs was amazing ! Definitely would recommend for anybody looking for affordable, clean office furniture. I won’t shop anywhere else
