I am very greatful for Michael McKolay for finding my particiular model and making an exchange on my Whirlpool washing machine. I also find the store Manager Mike to be wonderful. This is a great showroom and very pleasant sales staff. I highly recommend ABC WAREHOUSE in Brighton MI for all you household needs!!! AAA+
My husband and I went in the Brighton location for the first time yesterday. Was not impressed with some of the staff who didn't even bat an eye when we walked in and sat in the chairs and couches that were for sale "SLEEPING" I've never seen people that work at any furniture place do that. More than lucky we will not recommend to any of our family or friends.

We purchased a tv from Steve who was knowledgeable however, the service / installation person recommended (A1AV installation, Dan Parisien) could not even setup streaming. He knew nothing about Samsung tv’s. Instead of setting up the Samsung software, he said “they are only trying to sell you things”. If he knew anything he would have known you must use this and they are not trying to sell you anything! He charged $250 for installation which should have been a maximum. ABC Warehouse in Brighton still provides superior customer service; something that is unfortunately all too uncommon nowadays in retail. Every employee I’ve interacted with at this location is professional, and knows their products inside and out. A huge thanks to Michael and Kurt for working with me on purchasing some beautiful Whirlpool appliances for my new home. I’ll be back soon for a new bed after the dust has settled. I am a happy customer for life, thanks again.
