Not providing sales prices that are posted on the marketplace even when they are recently posted. General manager then starts high pressure sales tactics to make a sale for a microwave. I would not recommend anyone going to this place because it feels like a used car lot with the salesman's that they have.
Bought a Lemon Speed Queen Washing Machine from them back in June. Now they wash their hands with it and tell me to deal with the Company. I just want another machine since this one is no GOOD !
If I could give them a 0 out of 5, I would. HORRIBLE experience. Ordering in-store (Brighton) went fine on a Monday. No issues. We were told by Jeffery T., our salesman, that we would get a call 20 minutes before delivery of our fridge on Wednesday. We received a text Wed morning stating the delivery time was between 8am-10am. We received NO 20-minute call or any call, for that matter. What does it take to get return calls?they make the sale then ignore the customer, I think I'll make my next purchase elsewhere,We have to call the service contractors to get Warranty work done on appliances, We also purchased 2 mattresses, both should be replaced due to breakdown,the service rep was shocked especially considering one person sleeping on it at 120 lbs,and of course ABC said nope,not gonna replace them,my asked for a copy of the report,they refused.
